Job Description:
A growth-oriented, detail-driven role at Ezer Home Solutions for experienced cleaning professionals ready to step into leadership by owning quality and client experience. As a Home Specialist II, you’ll work side by side with Home Specialist I team members—cleaning homes to the “Ezer Way” standard while also helping set expectations, validating scopes, and ensuring every first-time clean meets our benchmark: Look. Touch. Perfect. This is for someone who leads by doing, elevates quality in real time, and wants a clear path to greater responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential cleaning to Ezer standards on most assigned jobs.
- Validate new client scopes through assessments to ensure quotes match actual needs.
- Conduct quality checks after first-time cleans to confirm full execution of standards.
- Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly with clients and leadership when scope or expectations shift.
- Provide constructive feedback on quoting, scheduling, or training gaps you observe.
- Support Satisfaction Guarantee visits when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven consistency in delivering high-quality cleaning.
- Comfortable cleaning regularly while taking on occasional quality/assessment duties.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of car insurance to travel to client homes.
- Must be available 20 - 35 hours per week.
- Strong communication and solution-oriented mindset.
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Respect for client privacy and professionalism.
- Previous residential cleaning experience required.
Benefits:
- Base pay: $20–$23 per hour based on experience, + TIPS!
- Assessment / Quality Check pay: Flat $30 per standalone visit (each) (covers drive time and up to 45 minutes on-site).
- Daily driver bonus: ≈ $10–$15/day extra pay when using your own vehicle for client work
- Extended visits: Standard hourly rate for any assessment or quality check over 45 minutes.
