Billing faqs

We do! If you become a recurring client, refer to our “Price List” for pricing. It really makes sense to keep your home maintained regularly, both for your peace of mind and your wallet!


Yep! If you refer a friend and they book with us, you’ll receive a $50 discount on your next cleaning! Pretty great to spread the word!
*Discount is provided after the referral's cleaning is complete. 


We love to keep our clients happy and informed, so we send out a monthly newsletter with tips, tricks, updates, and holiday specials. Make sure you provide your email so you can be notified when we have them!


Payment is super easy! We use a platform called Jobber that provides a secured option to enter your credit cards, debit cards or direct banking information. You are automatically charged once services are complete.


We love to make sure our home specialists get paid on time, so we expect payment once services have been provided. The system we use makes it super easy as payments are billed immediately after the job is complete.


No contracts here! We want you to feel good about the work we do and will never tie you down with anything contractual. We know you will want to keep coming back and refer to all your friends and family too!


We are really good at what we do and we care a LOT about making sure it’s exactly how you want it but we are all humans. If for any reason, you are not happy with our services, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll address your concern as soon as we can!
