Tipping is greatly appreciated but not required. We know you are spending your precious budget on our services, and our home specialists will take great care of you, regardless of tipping status. We offer competitive pay and flexible hours for our employees and take pride in knowing that we only hire the best to take care of your home! If you do decide to tip, whatever feels right to you is perfect! Some clients tip $15-20, others 10-20%. We are grateful for your business no matter what!
You are absolutely allowed to supply your own products, but we do make many of our cleaning solutions in-house from safe, environmentally friendly ingredients. Our clients report high satisfaction with the products, especially the delightfully clean way their home smells after our services.
Our own! With the exception of a couple products, such as wood cleaner and a stainless steel cleaner we love, we make a majority of our cleaning products in-house. They are made from safe, environmentally friendly ingredients that smell amazing!
Your house, your cleaning! We always ask about which areas are priority and if there are any special requests. We have a list of what we always clean for a deep and a standard visit, but our ultimate priority is making you happy so please let us know what you want and need!
The day that works best for you! We strive to ensure we can send one of our amazing home specialists when you prefer. We do not have night or weekend options, but any weekday is open!
We love pets! As long as your pet is not aggressive we do not require your pet to be confined to a room or crate. Our staff is comfortable working around friendly animals. Most of our home specialists are also pet owners and know the frustration of keeping a home clean with animals. We got you!
We strive to take excellent care of your home, but accidents happen. We carry liability insurance to protect you against any damage we might accidentally cause. If you feel something was damaged in your home, you should report it to us as soon as possible.
We strive to only hire trustworthy, kind, and wonderful home specialists and ensure they are security bonded to protect you from theft. All our home specialists must undergo a criminal background check as part of our pre-employment screening. If you feel something is missing from your home, you should report it to us as soon as possible.
Fine by us! We will work with you to make our presence during your workday as minimal as possible. Most clients will work in one area of the house and then switch to another area so we can be sure to clean all areas.
No need to clean anything before we come, but if you straighten up prior to our visit, the home specialist will have easier access to clean, and less time would be spent working around clutter so we can focus on cleaning more areas of your home. Consistency is key here as it’s easier to maintain a home cleaned on a routine basis rather than sporadically. A recurring service helps us to keep the same home specialist(s) servicing your home and because they are familiar with your home, they can put special care and attention into their work. Try not to skip or reschedule visits off your set day.
We do! We love to help our property owners, subleasers, and realtors make transitions easier. We want to make sure we can be the most effective with our time, so we will ask for assurance of an empty space and pictures of the space ahead of booking.
We understand that sometimes you might just need a little help, like during a life transition or big change. For this reason, we can provide one-time cleanings at a slightly higher rate. We prioritize building excellent relationships with our ongoing clients and always hope you will be excited to book more cleanings in the future.
Yep! We also provide workers compensation insurance for all of our employees. Please feel free to request copies when booking your initial cleaning. We are happy to share.
Absolutely! If you’re a routine client, we try to keep the same home specialist for you whenever possible. There will always be at least one home specialist who knows what is most important to your home’s cleaning in case of an employee vacation or illness.
