What You'll Do:
- Clean and organize residential spaces, transforming them into spotless, welcoming environments.
- Follow detailed processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results for every client.
- Build trust and rapport with clients, becoming a friendly and dependable part of their routine.
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment provided by Ezer Home Solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work 15 –35 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
- Experience in cleaning is a bonus, but we’re happy to train enthusiastic beginners!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay of $18–$20 per hour based on experience, + tips!
- Earn up to $1000/yr in quarterly performance bonuses.
