Job Description:
Ezer Home Solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Home Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who excel in residential cleaning, quality assurance, and multitasking. As a Home Expert, you’ll take on advanced responsibilities, including performing high-quality cleaning services, conducting quality checks, maintaining equipment, and supporting our team with various duties.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional home cleaning and organization services.
• Perform quality checks on Home Specialists to ensure work meets company standards.
• Mix and prepare cleaning solutions following company protocols.
• Maintain and clean vacuums and other cleaning equipment as needed.
• Assist with training and supporting team members.
• Drive to job sites within a 45 - 50 minute radius of the home base.
• Perform other assigned duties to support company operations.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in residential cleaning, quality checks, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to drive up to 45 - 50 minutes from the home base.
• Availability to work 30-35 hours per week.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
