Decluttering & Organizing specialist

Job Description:
An entry-level role with Ezer Home Solutions, perfect for those ready to bring peace and order to busy homes through thoughtful decluttering and organization! If you enjoy creating order, love helping others feel at peace in their space, and have a knack for organization, this role is a perfect fit!


What You'll Do:

  • Follow our proven three-step process to transform closets, pantries, home offices and more
  • Support lead organizers in sorting, grouping and purging items with clients using our “Keep • Donate • Discard” method (including donation prep & drop-off coordination)
  •  Implement custom organizing solutions (bins, labels, shelving) tailored to each client’s lifestyle
  •  Take before/after photos and track organizing progress
  •  Recommend product solutions and coordinate discard per client preference
  •  Uphold The Ezer Way: “Look. Touch. Perfect.” and walk clients through finished spaces with maintenance tips and “refresh” sessions
  •  Collaborate with Home Specialists on combined cleaning + organizing projects


What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude, creativity and keen attention to detail
  •  Empathetic, patient and professional—warm communicator who respects client privacy
  •  Creative problem-solver with a space-planning mindset
  •  Flexible, demand-driven schedule (0–20+ hrs/week; schedule coordinated ahead of time)
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
  •  Experience in organizing, interior styling or related fields—a plus


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting pay of $18–$20 per hour based on experience.
  • A daily driver bonus for team members using their own vehicles.
