Job Description:
A mid-level role for experienced cleaners who are comfortable working solo or with a team. This position is ideal for those who can independently manage jobs with excellence while still supporting team operations when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize residential spaces, transforming them into spotless, welcoming environments
- Perform solo and team residential cleanings with a high level of quality and efficiency
- Follow client preferences and detailed checklists to meet company standards
- Build trust/rapport with clients, becoming a friendly & dependable part of their routine
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment provided by Ezer Home Solutions
- Deliver exceptional home cleaning and organization services
Requirements:
- Experience in residential cleaning preferred (6+ months recommended)
- Comfortable working independently and maintaining strong time management
- Ability to follow app-based schedules and use Google Chat for updates
- A self-motivated team player who brings a great attitude
- Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of car insurance
- Ability to work 15–35 hours per week with a flexible schedule
