Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize residential spaces, transforming them into spotless, welcoming environments
• Follow detailed processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results for every client
• Build trust and rapport with clients, becoming a friendly and dependable part of their routine
• Safely use cleaning products and equipment provided by Ezer Home Solutions
• Deliver exceptional home cleaning and organization services

Requirements:

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a passion for helping others
• Ability to work 15–35 hours per week with a flexible schedule
• Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of car insurance to travel to client homes
• Experience in cleaning is a bonus, but we’re happy to train enthusiastic beginners!
