Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize residential spaces, transforming them into spotless, welcoming environments
- Follow detailed processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results for every client
- Build trust and rapport with clients, becoming a friendly and dependable part of their routine
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment provided by Ezer Home Solutions
- Deliver exceptional home cleaning and organization services
Requirements:
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a passion for helping others
- Ability to work 15–35 hours per week with a flexible schedule
- Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of car insurance to travel to client homes
- Experience in cleaning is a bonus, but we’re happy to train enthusiastic beginners!
