We understand that life gets in the way and sometimes cleaning services need to be skipped or rescheduled.
Please let us know at least three business days in advance, so we have time to reschedule a cleaning. If you cancel your cleaning less than 24 hours before the visit, we do charge a $75 cancellation fee.

No need to “pre-clean”, but ensuring surfaces are clear and most items are picked up or out of the way will help us clean more thoroughly!
As a professional home cleaning company, we make our cleaning products in house but if you have a certain product you really want to use, have it ready to provide to your Cleaning Specialist.
Make sure you communicate whether you will be home or away and whether any pets are in the house.

Tipping is completely optional and never expected.

If your Cleaning Specialist went the extra mile to make your space shine, a tip is a lovely way to say thank you.

The industry standard is 15–20% of your service total, but even any gesture is always appreciated.
